Requesting
Tickets Online
Today,
it has become increasingly difficult to find information and tickets
for premier concerts, sports and theater events. USTBA developed
this site to allow it's members and customers a easy way to select
a desired event and purchase tickets online. You may request a
firm quote price based upon seating location. To buy tickets go
to our ticket listing area and click on the buy now button.Or
you may choose an event, pick out a seating area at any venue
or arena, specify a number of tickets and delivery method and
then fill out the online ticket
request form. This will be braodcasted to all members
for a quick response. Feel free to browse our "Buyers Lounge"
for tips and FAQs on buying tickets. E-mail our staff if you have
a complaint and we will make it our job to assist you.
Reservations
and Deposits
USTBA
members accept advanced orders on all events. Due to the limited
number of tickets available for some major events, early reservations
are recommended. A minimum deposit of 50% and signed purchase
contract are required to reserve tickets. The final balance on
all orders is due 10 days prior to the event. All tickets should
be placed for a even amount of seats. ( single ticket orders or
odd lots require phone approval by listing agent.)
Prices and
seat locations
USTBA
members sell tickets above face value and our sale price will
not equal the price printed on the ticket. The excess amount we
charge reflects the difficulty in our obtaining prime seats at
popular events for which we pay premium prices. We never assess
a service charge, but some states or cities charge a ticket service
fee, which will be added to your order. Your price will include
state sales taxes, venue or City entertainment fees and actual
shipping fees, when applicable. Members accept all major credit
cards, cashiers checks and money orders and company checks. USTBA
brokers try to confirm exact seating locations. If they cannot
specify exact seat location at time of sale, they will send tickets
within the general requested area at quoted price. Our current
stock of prime seats go quickly and that is why
they are listed here. Order early for those normally sold
out events like the Super Bowl, Final 4 or Kentucky Derby or popular
concerts.
Delivery -
And US Postal Service
Tickets
will be sent as soon as they are physically available. Due to
the scarcity and demand of some tickets (or requirements of the
local venue), certain tickets may not be delivered until the day
of the event by a courier service, or picked up at the box office.
On delivery orders, customers will be accessed a shipping fee
ranging from $5 to $40 depending on the delivery method being
utilized. Certified mail costs $5 and takes 7 to 10 working days.
Two-day delivery costs $10. Standard overnight delivery costs
$15 and must be used on all orders for events occurring within
10 days of the date the order is placed. Priority overnight costs
$20 and delivers the next business morning. The cost for Saturday
delivery and international shipping are $25 and $40 respectively.
Responsibility
and cancellations
USTBA
members are not responsible for misplaced, lost or stolen tickets.
Our members post their own individual
sales policies at their web pages here. USTBA nor their member
are not liable for refunds under the following circumstances that
are beyond our control: event postponement, rescheduling or time
changes due to weather, nature, construction, or any other abnormal
conditions or developments. If part of an event cancels, there
are no refunds issued. If the event completely cancels, then a
refund will be issued. A signed purchase contract and/or retention
of tickets constitute a consent to all of the above policies.
All USTBA members reserve the
right to accept, reject or cancel any ticket reservations without
prejudice. Please request a tracking number upon completeion
of any ticket purchase. Then track shipments from the buyers
lounge.
