States Ticket Broker Association was created in order to help
the thousands of hard working ticket broker businesses a way to
"legitimize ticket sales" through E-commerce. We seek to overcome
any misconceptions the general ticket buying public may have as
to why our members are forced to buy and sell tickets at a premium.
The USTBA will lobby as a unified voice to any Government entity
that challenges the rights of American citizens to buy or sell
event tickets at fair market value. That is the free enterprise
model that has developed our nation into a super power.
"Whether
it be tickets, beanie babies, autographs, rare coins, stocks, right
on down to what your employer charges for company services are out
of realm of government control as guaranteed by the US Constitution."
We seek to not allow these basic rights to be violated.
The
USTBA has set in place the legal and Government lobbying structure
that is beyond the means of individual brokers. We have changed
the rules for selling tickets at a premium by requiring members
to adhere to our core values
pledge, and post set prices for preferred seating at all popular
events. This will immediately negate any bad publicity the ticket
broker business generates from self serving politicians to dissatisfied
consumers.
The
ticket purchaser knows up
front
the price, seat location, and the USTBA backed member fulfilling
the request for the exact event of their choice. That is why you
should only purchase from this site, or directly from a USTBA
member. Buyer beware of all the rest.
